We didn’t set out to build a sustainability story. It just turns out that making better juice also means using fewer limes.

Traditional juicing throws away the peel — which is where most of the flavour actually lives. Mr. Zing uses the whole lime: peel, oils, and all. That means we need significantly fewer limes per litre than conventional juicing.

Fewer limes means less water, less transport, less waste. Not because we’re chasing a certification — because the science just works out that way.

ZERO WASTE ISN’T JUST A BUZZWORD

After we’ve extracted what we need, the leftover lime flesh doesn’t go in the bin. We partner with local small businesses to repurpose it — from cleaning products to composting to creative kitchen uses.

It’s not a marketing exercise. It’s just the obvious thing to do when you actually think about it.

A better cocktail that uses fewer resources?

That’s not a trade-off. That’s just good design.
