WHY SWITCH?

Because your Daiquiris deserve better than something that came out of a factory six months ago.

MR. ZING vs. THE BOTTLED STUFF

Let’s be real — pasteurised lime juice is the bar equivalent of instant coffee. It does the job if you squint hard enough, but everyone knows it’s not the same.

Pasteurised juice is heat-treated, which kills bacteria but also kills flavour. That’s why it tastes flat, cooked, and vaguely apologetic. Mr. Zing is never heat-treated. The citrus oils are extracted cold, the acids are balanced to mirror fresh lime, and the result is a cocktail that actually tastes like you just squeezed it.

MR. ZING vs. THE JUICER

We love fresh juice. We’re bartenders — of course we do. But let’s talk about what fresh squeezing actually costs you:

Someone’s coming in early to prep. You’re burning through limes. The juice oxidises within hours. And if the Tuesday guy squeezes differently to the Saturday guy, your Margaritas taste different every night.

Mr. Zing gives you the flavour of fresh without the faff. Consistent every pour, no labour overhead, and you’ll use significantly fewer limes to get there.

We’re not saying throw out your juicer. Actually, yeah — we kind of are.

Sceptical? Good.

The best way to settle this is a blind taste test. We’ll bring the bottles — you bring the shaker.
